eBay members will have a chance to "win" Bill Cobb, the President of eBay North America, as part of a charity auction coordinated by the Professional eBay Sellers Alliance (PESA). The event takes place June 24 during eBay's annual eBay Live conference.

The second annual PESA auction will take place at Paramount Great America Park in Santa Clara on June 24, 2005. The entire amusement park will be closed to the public for the evening, open only to eBay Live attendees. eBay is providing unlimited rides and a BBQ dinner to an expected crowd of more than 10,000. The charity auction will be held at the PESA Community Pavilion, and will benefit NetSmartz (http://www.netsmartz.org), a joint program of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, designed to teach kids how to be safe online.

Last year's auction raised over $17,000 for the benefit of the Disabled Online Users Association (http://www.doua.org). Corporate donors and PESA members will be providing items available for bid through a silent auction at the event. Donations are still being accepted through June 15.
