Counter notice form

Hi,

does anyone have a counternotice they can forward to me or fax me. If possible does anyone have the UK counter notice or know the UK number for counter notice?

Counternotices are on my website.

However if they claimed trademark then eBay will not forward it.

I've had 18 VeRO takedowns and I've filed 15 federal lawsuits to protect my account.

There is no easy fix to this. You could try getting a lawyer to write a letter, if you know the competitors selling name it should be easy to get an address to send the letter.
