Vero phone number

Hi guys,

does anyone have a phone number for Vero, especially if its in the UK if possible.

i have this one for USA 801-545-1724 but it just rings and rings! any one get an answer or another number?

VeRO phone number? VeRO is the name of the program on eBay. If you've been shutdown by a VeRO member you need to contact them. Why do you think you need to contact eBay. Save the money on the phone call and talk to your wall, you'll get as intelligent a response.

eBay will tell you that you need to resolve it with the VeRO member, they don't get involved.

Its basically because the vero member is a fake and unlawfully enforcing trademark and copyright ownership over the items i am selling. Vero is a program, but it is also a department within ebay. I believe they try to act impartially from ebay.

I think if i can talk on the phone with them then i can explain better, so i wondered of there was a UK number after i saw the US number published.

but definately as good as a brick wall for sure.

eBay doesn't care, they don't get involved. It's between you and the VeRO member.

I agree with tabberone completely. I have had 5 illegal misuses of VERO in the passed 8-9 months, the only silver bullet solution is to file counter notices. Ebay honestly wont care...

the problem is that i can't get hold of a counter notice, they wont give me one! it s nightmare

They are on my website, or google dmca+counternotice, the forms are standard. The fax number for eBay is listed on the counternotice on my website under the trademark section
