Hi everyone.
I use DHL for all shipping back and forth from China. They have the best tracking and the customer service is great.
When it was announce DHL will no longer be in the USA and laying off ? how many workers I was shocked.
So now I need a shipper.
What do you use and what kind of service have you experienced ?

We use UPS and have been very pleased for regular packages. We, however, have not been pleased with their freight service.

Hello Magpie,
You may want to double check, but if I remember correctly, it is just the Domestic shipping, Ground, and Express packages that they are no longer delivering. I think they are still in the International delivery business. Double check in case I am wrong, but think this is how it is working now.
