We recently tried the #000 mailers from Royalmailers and I highly recommend them for price and quality. They are very inexpensive (about 9 cents each delivered which is the lowest price I am aware of in quantities of 500), very light and very spacious for #000 size. Also, I like the glue, the easy folding flap and the texture which allows you to remove a misplaced label more easily than on some other brands. It does appear that the bubbles are a little smaller than on some other brands so keep that in mind if you sell fragile items.

Feel free to check out our clearance of bubblemailers. These are name brand Hefty Express mailers. We are clearing out our warehouse of our bubble mailers line and moving to a new location.

I picked up a box of these from Pack Secure. The #000s are on the small side but at 7 cents a piece delivered I am not complaining at all.
