Still looking for post/ship alternative to PayPal/PO/UPS

I am looking for an online system that will allow me to do
Candada and overseas first class mail

Also Priority and Express services including flat rates both
domestic and overseas

Not looking to make a killing but save 5 or 10% is good for me

Also, Reed, what is the best source now on padded mailers,
