Shipping small items outside the US

I switched from padded mailers to those white poly mailers with the
peel strip as they weigh less and can bring my postage down 50 or
75 cents per small package. Plus these poly bag envelopes are much
sturdier and will not tear like the brown Kraft style paper.


Just curious: anyone know why French sellers use copper staples?

Still looking for a good online postage vendor that will offer
more services than USPS online and also a tiny discount on some
services.

Please advise.
